Trillium Charter School

The Trillium Rooftop Garden serves students in grades K-12 at Trillium Charter School. As a constructivist school, this garden provides a unique opportunity for students to learn experientially. Lower school students participate in weekly garden classes, and high school students have the opportunity to volunteer regularly or serve as interns. This garden provides produce to the school cafeteria, after school cooking club, and garden classes. As a stop on the tour, Trillium will serve as an example of what can be done when gardening is kid-centered. Come participate in beautifying the garden with artwork and tasting some of what our students have produced!
